The General Conditions of Sale (GCS) apply to all services, orders, and dispatches of goods that you as a client order on the website. By placing an order on this website, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and accepted the GCS without reservation. Please read it carefully.

Naturalps reserves the right to amend these GCS at any time by publishing a new version on the website. Every time you order Products from our website, the GCS in force at that time will apply to the Contract between you and Naturalps.

Conditions do not apply if you buy Montreux Skincare products from any other source other than our website. The retailers and distributors will have their own terms and conditions that will apply if you buy products from them.

2.   Products

The Montreux Skincare products offered for sale are the ones displayed on this website the day of you visit and are subject to availability.  We will inform you by email if the Products you have ordered are not available. If this occurs, you can ask for a partial delivery or cancel your order.

The Product images on our website are for illustrative purposes only. The packaging and the presentation of the Products may vary from that shown on images on our website.

3.   Product prices

Product prices indicated on the website are stated in Swiss Francs (CHF) and include VAT but exclude delivery charges. Naturalps reserves the right to change the Product prices and delivery charges, but changes will not affect any order which we have confirmed with an Order Acceptance.

You should note that the ordered Products are sent from Switzerland. Orders from outside of Switzerland may be subject to import taxes and/or VAT imposed by the country to which the Products are shipped. Such taxes and/or local VAT are not included in the prices set out in the webshop and paid by you.

4.   Payment Methods

Customers can pay for products by credit card and TWINT. Cards accepted for payment are Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and American Express. Naturalps will only use your credit card information to settle the current order and will not save your credit card information.

Payment by bank transfer is possible on request by our Customer Service.


5.   Delivery

Products will be shipped to the address indicated by the customer before payment. Please make sure that the delivery details you provide are accurate as we cannot be responsible for any delayed or failed deliveries as a result of your error.

The following costs are calculated for standard deliveries:

Switzerland: CHF 10.00, Montreux Skincare offers free shipping for orders above CHF 200.00

Europe: CHF 40.00, Montreux Skincare offers free shipping for orders above CHF 300.00.

Our deliveries to European countries follow Delivery Duty Paid (DDP) incoterm conditions.

Rest of the world: CHF 80.00, Montreux Skincare offers free shipping for orders above CHF 400.00

Due to the current conditions, we are no longer able to deliver our products to the following countries: Ukraine, Russia, Belarus.


Deliveries to countries outside of Europe are shipped Delivery Duties Unpaid (DDU) incoterm conditions, and may be subject to additional customs, import duties and taxes that are not included in the item price and shipping costs. When you place an international order, you agree to pay any customs, duties or taxes that may be applicable by your destination country. Please note that we have no control over these charges, and we cannot predict their amount.

Orders are delivered in general within 2 to 7 business days, depending on the distance from the package’s origin to its destination. Longer times may occur for reasons beyond our control, especially for deliveries outside of Europe.

You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations of the country for which the Products are destinated. We will not be liable or responsible if you break any such laws or regulations.


6.   Return Policy


We hope that you are completely satisfied the Products ordered from our website.

If you change your mind, you can return any intact and sealed Ordered Product within 14 days from receipt of the Ordered Products without having to specify the reasons. To return a Product, please contact us beforehand at the following email address: and we will inform you on the procedure to follow.

Please note that it may take an additional 14 days before your order is being refunded.


7.   Faulty Products

You must check the quantity and proper condition of the goods upon delivery. Incorrect delivery, wrong quantity, defective, and damaged items must be reported to us at the following email address: within 5 working days of the delivery. In this case we will ask you to ship back to us the damaged, defective, or incorrect Products, and we shall take the necessary steps to replace defective products or to reimburse you.


8.   Responsibility

Naturalps cannot be held liable for any infringement of these General Conditions of Sales in the occurrence of force majeure, impossibility to reach this Website, bugs, or viruses.

9.   Governing law and jurisdiction

These General Conditions of Sales are governed by the Swiss Law. Any arbitration specified by this law must be conducted in the city of Vevey in Switzerland. If you have any questions concerning these general conditions, please contact us.

Where are your products made?

Our products are made in Switzerland. Our formulas are exclusively created by our
laboratory Naturalps in Montreux, Switzerland; we then manufacture the products
in our partner’s factory in Sumiswald, Switzerland.

Is your product packaging recyclable?

Yes, you can recycle our products as follow:

  • MULTI-PROTECTING DAY CREAM : cap + refill part + packing box = recycling bin / bottle = glass recycling bin
  • REGENERATING NIGHT : CREAM : cap + refill part + packing box = recycling bin / bottle = glass recycling bin
  • LUMILIFT EYE CONTOUR : packing box + tube = recycling bin

When does my product expire?

According to the tests performed in our laboratory, our products have a shelf-life of 3 years if the packaging remain closed.

Once open, we recommend using the products within 12 months after opening, except the LUMI
LIFT EYE CONTOUR which should be used within 6 months.

Are your products vegan?

Yes, all our products are 100% vegan.

Are your products tested on animals?

Absolutely not (it is totally forbidden since 2004 in Europe).

No animal testing was performed by our laboratory, our agents or suppliers, on our products after September 11th 2004, or on any of the ingredients or combinations of ingredients which this product contains after March 11th 2009, in order to meet the requirements of the EU cosmetic Regulation 1223/2009.

Are your products gluten-free?

Yes, our products are totally suitable for gluten intolerant people.

Do all your products contain narcissus?

Yes, all our products contain narcissus because it is our hero ingredient. The narcissus is the deep essence of our brand, it is our emblem, our common thread.

Why did you choose the narcissus?

We chose narcissus for two main reasons. First, for a question of heritage, because the narcissus is the emblem of Montreux, it is a flower that has been growing wildly for centuries in May here in Montreux, commonly called the "May Snow". It was therefore important to us to honor our local heritage.

The second reason is that we chose this flower for its anti-aging benefits to the skin. Narcissus is a flower that goes dormant in winter and hasthe ability to slow down the rhythm of its cells. By using it in our cosmetics,we can reuse these dormant properties and thus slow down the cellular activityof our skin, to slow down aging, for a healthy and youthful result!

I am allergic to flowers, is there a risk for me?

No, there is no risk for you if you use our products. Indeed, we use active ingredients from flowers that have been extracted and purified using a specific technical method so that there are no more allergen molecules. In addition, all products have been tested under dermatological control, with high skin tolerance.

Do your products contain sulfate, silicone, parabens or other chemicals?

No, we do not use any controversial substances and moreover we have created our own Clean Beauty charter which indicates all the substances that we do not use. Check it out here.

Can I use your products with sensitive skin?

Yes, our products are suitable for all skin types, even the most sensitive (dermatologically tested).

Are your products suitable foruse during pregnancy?

We do not recommend our product for pregnant or breastfeeding woman as the formulas contain a very high percentages of actives to improve the efficacy.

I saw that you are Halal Certified, what does it mean in beauty?

Halal certification in cosmetics refers to products that are formulated and manufactured in accordance with Islamic principles. For example, the raw materials are checked, the production and packaging site as well, the cleaning products for the devices must also meet certain criteria etc.


Where do you deliver to?

Montreux Skincare delivers worldwide. All details of costs and delivery times by geographical zone can be found on the page Deliveries & Returns. Unfortunately, we are currently unable to deliver to Russia and Ukraine.

How long will my order take?

What should I do if I receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect product?

If that is the case, please contact us via or via our contact form here, kindly add pictures of the product you received if it is possible.

I would like to change my order

Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to add or remove any items from your order. If you wish to return one or more products after delivery, please go to Deliveries & Returns to find out about our return policy.

I made a mistake with my delivery address. Can i change it?

Depending on the progress of your order, it may still be possible for us to change your delivery address. If the order has already been taken over by the warehouse, we will not be able to change it. Please contact us as soon as possible via or by live chat during the week.

I would like to cancel my order, is it possible?

If your order has not yet been processed by our warehouse, it is possible for us to cancel and refund it. In this case, please contact us as soon as possible by email at

If the order has been sent to the warehouse, unfortunately it is no longer possible for us to cancel it. In this case, if you do not wish to keep your items, you can return them to us via the Deliveries & Returns.

Payments & Reimbursements

How do I make a payment on your site/ is it secured?

We accept payment by credit card via WorldLine, which is one of the most secured and used payment system.

How will I be reimbursed?

To be reimbursed, you must return a closed and unused product to us (the tamper-evident label must not have been torn). If these conditions are checked, the refund will be made via the same payment method used to make the purchase.

We answer you within 24 to 48 hours, excluding weekends and holidays, where we will take note of your message the next day. The delays may vary slightly during offer periods or at Christmas time for example, when we are very busy.
